Where do you ship?
Mainland France only. We do not ship to Corsica, overseas territories, or other countries.
How much is shipping?
Free on all orders.
When will my order ship?
Within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.
How long does delivery take?
3–5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
What is your return window?
14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Do I need a reason to return an item?
No. You do not need to give a reason.
Who pays return shipping?
The customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
How do I start a return?
Email info@optisofaz.com with your order number. If the item is defective or incorrect, attach photos.
How long does a refund take?
We inspect your return within 1–2 business days and issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take up to 8 business days to show it. The total time will not exceed 14 days from when we receive the return.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. If you want a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
